From I-95: Take Exit 329 and proceed west on CR-210 for 4 2⁄10 miles. When CR-210 turns to the left, travel straight on Greenbriar Rd. for 4 9⁄10 miles to the entrance of The Colony at Greenbriar on the right.

From I-295: Northbound take Exit 5B. Southbound take Exit 5. Travel south on San Jose Blvd./SR-13 and proceed 12 miles to Greenbriar Rd. Turn left (east) and travel 1 mile to the entrance of The Colony at Greenbriar on the left.
